Model DTS141 is a cordless oil-pulse driver powered by 18V Li-ion battery, featuring a compact and lightweight design thanks to the newly-developed oil unit and brushless motor. The’Oil-Impulse’ technology used in this tool significantly reduces the noise generated by this driver to approximately 75dB. This is considerable reduction when compared to a conventional impact driver with a hammer and anvil motor. Other benefits of this technology and the smaller motor include a reduction in the amount of heat created. Working with that along with the new brushless motor means that this driver really does generate barely any heat at all.
